It is really very simple.
Windows thinks it is a screen-saver partly because its name ends in ".SCR".
All you need to do is to either COPY it, or RENAME it (if you don't want to use it as a screen-saver at all).
Its new name should be "AccessNA.EXE" instead of "ACCESSNA.SCR".
(It is ok to have copies under both names at once.)
Once you do this you can run it, put it as a shortcut, create a Program Manager icon for it, exactly like any other program.
