I was born in Bridgeport, Conn. on 7/15/73 at 1:40 p.m. EDT. I'm having trouble figuring out a career path. Any advice for me? I enjoy nature and animals. I think I want a "helping" profession but I'm not sure.

A You have sun in cancer which is a very mothering and caring placement. Possibly scorpio rising which places leo on the cusp of your 10th hosue of career. It also places your mercury and venus there too since they are in leo.
It says to me that your profession will have to be something that you love (venus) and that is intellectually stimulating (mercury). Leo is the sign of the theater so it needs to be something where you can showcase your talents and "perform". This can be theater but even sales or teaching can fall into this category. You love to receive praise and accolades and can be very generous to others in your career like being a mentor.
If you can find a career path that offers you these attributes, I think you will be very happy and satisfied. Look more at the attributes of Leo to get even more of a picture. Off the top of my head I would say teaching would be good or even sales (or sales management where you can train others).

Your planets - you have sun in scorpio, moon in leo, mercury in scorp, venus in capricorn and mars in aries. You are a very intense person and a sharp and strategic thinker and communicator. In love, you may be afraid of expressing your feelings for fear of rejection, but as you get older, you will gain more confidence here. You may possibly have scorpio or sag rising which can place transiting saturn in your 7th house of relationships. You will learn a lot about what works and doesn't work for you here. And, as Saturn redirects this week, blockages may be overcome.
